How does the technology work?

We have a specially developed system for 101.  The web-based programme is easy for 101 advisers to use after training.  This also means we can invite other appropriate organisations and agencies to join the partnership very easily.

Any new partner simply has to have their staff trained.  We then give them special security passes and they can log on anywhere there is internet access.

You can see an explanation of the system as a diagram on this site too.
