The Northumbria Partnership

The Northumbria Partnership is made up of 14 organisations.

We were given the chance to help lead the way for the rest of the country because of our experience and reputation for good customer service, call handling and service delivery.

It is the only partnership that includes a number of ‘Call Taking Partners’ – organisations who have fully trained advisers, ready and equipped to take calls – across different centres rather than just one single contact centre.

These Call Taking Partners provide a round-the-clock response, 7 days a week.

The flexibility of the technology we use means that at any stage we can easily add another contact centre from any organisation.

All partners are ‘Service Delivery Partners’ who actually provide the various services to their residents, businesses and visitors.
