What happens when I make a call?

A 101 adviser will answer.  You will not get a push button menu. They will need to take as much information from you as possible to make sure that the people delivering the service get all the right information.

You don’t have to give your name or personal details but in some cases we may need them to help you.  Sometimes the organisation who can help may simply want to call you back to get more information or explain what is happening.

No one else can get your details.  You will be given a unique reference number which you should keep and use if you want to check the progress of your call at any stage.  101 advisers can’t give out information about you or what you called about without that reference number, so your personal details are safe.
